Lake Owlsmere is a beautiful lake & wetland area where you can feed the eels & the ducks. The Wairuru Caves are an amazing ‘glow worm’ cave complex where you are harnessed together for a bit of an adventure.
Younger visitors enjoy a ride on the Thomas miniature train (weather permitting). Complimentary tea or coffee for adults, gift shop, picnic area, plenty of parking. Camper vans can stay the night.
